Yin Yoga

Every Wednesday at 4:30PM

A meditative practice that uses longer-held postures to gently support mobility, flexibility, and deeper awareness of the body.

Join our Wednesday evening group yoga class at Rooted Wellness Company in Dracut, MA, for a quiet, meditative practice that uses longer-held, mostly floor-based postures to gently support mobility, flexibility, and deeper awareness of the body.

With time to settle into each pose, the practice invites you to release effort, quiet the mind, and turn your attention inward. Each class offers an opportunity to pause, breathe, and simply be, creating space to listen to your body and reconnect with yourself. You'll leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and at ease.

Whether you're balancing a more active yoga or fitness practice, looking for greater mobility, or simply craving a peaceful hour in your week, Yin offers a beautiful counterbalance.
