Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or booking any service, product, membership, pack, workshop, training, or appointment with Rooted Wellness Company (“RWC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Memberships

2.1 Available Membership Types

  • Yoga Memberships – provide a set number of classes each billing cycle.

  • Massage Memberships – provide a set number of massages each billing cycle.

  • Sauna Memberships – provide unlimited sauna sessions each billing cycle.

  • VIP Memberships – see individual plan details.

2.2 Billing & Auto-Renew

  • Membership fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

  • By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

2.3 Unused Credits & Rollover

  • Yoga Memberships: Unused class credits expire at the end of the billing cycle; they do not roll over.

  • Massage Memberships: Unused credits roll over into the next cycle (VIP memberships excluded). Rolled-over massage credits never expire, but they are forfeited if the membership is cancelled or payment fails.

  • Legacy Rollover Credits: Credits earned before July 5, 2025 will expire on December 31, 2025.

2.4 Managing Your Membership

Every confirmation email includes a Manage Your Booking button that lets you:

  • view past payments and remaining credits,

  • update your payment method,

  • cancel or reactivate your membership.

If a payment fails, the membership is canceled until a valid card is added.

2.5 Passholder Email & Name

  • To redeem a membership, the email address and name on the booking must match the email address and name used at the time of purchase.

  • Membership credits are tied to that account only and cannot be transferred to another person or email.

  • If you would like to update how your name appears on your membership, please contact the studio.

  • If you wish to give someone a membership, please purchase a Gift Certificate; the recipient can then apply it to the plan of their choice.

2.6 Cancelling a Membership

  • You may cancel any time. Submit your cancellation the day before your next bill date to avoid further charges.

  • After cancellation, you may use any remaining credits until the paid billing cycle ends.

3. Packs & Packages

Passholder Email & Name

Pack credits remain with the original purchaser. The email address and name entered at checkout must be the same ones used to book classes or sessions. Credits cannot be moved to a different email address or transferred to another individual. If you would like to update how your name appears on your pack, please contact the studio.

If you wish to give someone a pack, please purchase a Gift Certificate; the recipient can then apply it to the plan of their choice.

Validity Periods

  • Purchases on or after July 5, 2025: Yoga Class Packs, Massage Session Packs, and Sauna Session Packs are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • Purchases before July 5, 2025: These same packs remain valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  • Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire at the end of their validity period.

  • Pack or membership credits cannot be used to book Workshops, Power Hour, or Restorative Yoga With Reiki and Gentle Massage classes.

4. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

4.1 Group Yoga Classes

  • How to reschedule: Use Manage Your Booking at least 12 hours before class.

  • Inside 12 hours: Call the studio.

  • Late cancels or no-shows: Credit or payment is forfeited.

  • Unlimited Yoga Members: Your first three late cancels per billing cycle incur no fee; beginning with the fourth late cancel in the same cycle, a $20 fee is charged for each late cancel or no-show.

Minimum Enrollment: Classes may be cancelled if fewer than three (3) students are registered. In the instance of this, all credits and payments are refunded.

4.2 Private Yoga Sessions

  • Reschedule at least 12 hours in advance via Manage Your Booking.

  • Cancelling or no-showing inside 12 hours forfeits the credit or payment.

4.3 Infrared Sauna & Massage Therapy

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance through Manage Your Booking; no fee applies.

  • Cancelling or no-showing inside 24 hours forfeits the credit or payment.

  • In emergencies, please call the studio.

4.4 Workshops & Special Events

  • Cancel more than one (1) week before the event for a 100 % refund.

  • Cancel between 24 hours and one (1) week before the event for a 50 % refund.

  • Cancel within 24 hours of the event or no-show: no refund.

4.5 Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)

  • Deposit: $500; fully refundable within the first three (3) calendar days after booking, then non-refundable.

  • Tuition: Sliding-scale pricing of $2,200, $2,750, or $3,300 (less any approved alumni or scholarship discount). Payment-plan balances must be completed by June 15 2026.

  • Attendance: Missing more than one full weekend requires make-up hours at additional cost.

  • Program Cancellation by RWC: If we cancel the training, all payments—including deposits—are refunded in full.

  • Student Withdrawal: Standard Workshop refund schedule applies until the first training weekend begins; after that, no refunds or transfers.

4.6 Coaching Sessions

  • Reschedule at least 12 hours in advance via Manage Your Booking.

  • Cancelling or no-showing inside 12 hours forfeits the session credit; no refunds are available.

5. Gift Certificates

Gift certificate codes may be applied toward any yoga class, workshop, massage, sauna sessions, coaching, memberships, packs, or packages.

If you wish to give someone a membership or pack, please purchase a Gift Certificate; the recipient can then apply it to the plan of their choice.

6. General Policies

  1. No-Show Etiquette: Habitual no-shows may lead to suspension of booking privileges.

  2. Health & Safety: Inform staff of any relevant health conditions before your session.

  3. Right to Refuse Service: RWC may refuse or discontinue service for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

  4. Policy Updates: These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically; the “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
