1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for a Yoga Monthly Membership or purchasing Yoga Class Packs, Massage Packs, Coaching Packages, or Sauna Session Packs at Rooted Wellness Company, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • 2. Membership Plans and Billing

    We offer various Yoga Monthly Membership plans with auto-billing. Details of each plan and its associated fees are available on our website Rooted Wellness Company.

    Membership fees will be automatically billed at the start of each billing cycle.

    Rollover of Unused Class Credits: Any unused class credits at the end of each subscription billing cycle will automatically roll over into the next month, ensuring you have the opportunity to utilize them.

    3. Membership Management

    Clients can manage their membership subscriptions through a link provided in each confirmation email. This link allows you to:

    • View past payments
    • Update your card on file
    • Cancel your subscription
    • Reactivate your subscription

    In the case of a failed payment method, we will automatically cancel the subscription. To reactivate it, update your card on file via the link in your confirmation email. New payment information can also be added to a subscription by editing the subscription details.

    4. Membership Cancellation Policy

    Memberships may be canceled at any time. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, please request cancellation at least 3 days prior to the start of the next cycle.

    Cancellation requests can be made through the link provided in each confirmation email or call Rooted Wellness Company during operating hours.

  • 5. Yoga Class Packs, Massage Session Packs, Coaching Packages, and Sauna Session Packs Validity

    Validity Period:

    Both Yoga Class Packs, Massage Session Packs, and Sauna Session Packs are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

    Coaching Packages are valid for the duration specified in the package.

    Usage:

    During this period, pack holders are entitled to use their class or session credits as they wish, subject to availability.

    Pack credits are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who purchased them.

    Expiration:

    Any unused credits in these packs will expire at the end of the specified period from the purchase date.

    No refunds, extensions, or transfers will be made for any unused credits once they expire.

    Purchase and Management:

    Packs can be purchased through our website Rooted Wellness Company or directly at our facility.

    Pack holders can view their remaining credits and expiry date via the link provided in the purchase confirmation email or by contacting Rooted Wellness Company.

    Reminder:

    We recommend that pack holders plan their sessions/classes in advance to make the most out of their packs and avoid any last-minute inconveniences due to nearing expiration dates.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

    Mandatory Notice: To reschedule or cancel your workshop booking, please do so at least two weeks in advance for a full refund, or one week in advance for a 50% refund.

    Emergency Cancellations: We understand life happens. For emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

    How to Cancel/Reschedule:

    • Email: Reply to your confirmation email or any reminder emails.

    • Phone: Call Rooted Wellness Company during operating hours.

    No-Show Consequences: Missed workshops without prior cancellation notice are not eligible for refunds. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and facilitators.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Mandatory Cancellation/Rescheduling:

    • Booked Yoga Class: If you are unable to attend, it is mandatory to cancel or reschedule your class. Rescheduling is preferred. This can be done up to 1 minute before the class's scheduled start time.

    • Booked Sauna Session: If you are unable to attend, it is mandatory to cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

    • Booked Massage Session: If you are unable to attend, it is mandatory to cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

    • Booked Workshop Class: If you are unable to attend, please do so at least two weeks in advance for a full refund, or one week in advance for a 50% refund.

  • Emergency Cancellations: We urge you to reserve cancellations for emergency situations. If you simply cannot make it to a yoga class, please reschedule to the next available time you prefer.

  • How to Cancel/Reschedule:

    • Preferred Method - Online: Utilize the link provided in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule.

    • Alternative Method - Phone: You can also call Rooted Wellness Company during operating hours to cancel or reschedule, this must be done before the class or session start time.

  • Consequence of No-Show:

    • Failing to cancel or reschedule will result in the loss of that class credit.

    • There will be no refunds for missed classes.

    • Missed workshops without prior cancellation notice are not eligible for refunds.

  • Encouraging Responsible Booking: This policy is in place to encourage responsible booking and ensure that all interested clients have the opportunity to attend classes. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
