A comprehensive 2-day Manual Lymphatic Drainage course introducing professionals to the history of MLD and its founder, Dr. Emil Vodder. This career-changing class includes a comprehensive overview of the Anatomy and Physiology of the Lymph System.
The hands-on portion teaches self-lymph techniques and how to help clients with self-lymph between sessions. Participants will learn to perform a 50-minute full body protocol they can offer clients immediately.
The course covers pathophysiology, indications, contraindications, and assessment tools.

Tuition: $425 – payment due in full at booking to reserve your spot
Capacity: 7-10 participants
Location: Rooted Wellness Company, 155 Broadway Rd, Dracut, MA
CE hours: 16 CEUs available (8 hours per day)
What to bring: Massage table (required), fitted sheet, face cradle cover, blanket, notebook, water, lunch
What to wear: Flexible clothing you can move in. No jeans.
Note: Our regular weekly Saturday yoga class will run 8:00-9:00 AM that weekend to accommodate the training.

Those currently enrolled in a massage school or training program to become a LMT.

Supplies: You must bring your own massage table, fitted sheet, face cradle cover, and a light blanket.
Lunch: Student's responsibility, but light snacks and drinks will be provided.
