About This Reiki Training Course
The USUI Reiki Attunement & Art Workshop at Rooted Wellness Company is a Reiki 1 practitioner training that weaves together energy work and creative expression.
Under the guidance of Reiki Master and Licensed Holistic Massage Therapist, Steph Noah, you will receive your Reiki 1 attunement, learn foundational techniques for offering Reiki to yourself and others, and then explore Reiki’s right-brain, intuitive qualities through drawing and painting.
This small group experience is designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a grounded introduction to Reiki as a gentle, hands-on energy practice.

Meet your instructor: Steph Noah
Steph Noah is a Licensed Holistic Massage Therapist (2018) and Usui Reiki Master (Level III) who brings a rich blend of bodywork, energy work, and artistry to her sessions and classes. She holds a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design, and her love of yoga and the beauty found in art is evident in all her healing work. Most recently, Steph was appointed as a North of Boston Cancer Resource practitioner and began working as an End-of-Life Doula.
Her teaching style is gentle, grounded, and creative, offering a safe and thoughtful space for students to explore Reiki and their own intuitive abilities.
