PowerNap

About this class

PowerNap is a rejuvenating class designed to reset your body and mind in a short amount of time.

The first 30 minutes guide you through movement with breath, followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra. The class starts by calming the mind with breathwork and a gentle warm-up, then moves into dynamic flows like Split and Sun Salutations A & B. After 20 minutes of strength-building movement, you finish with guided meditation and a long, relaxing Savasana.

We focus on energizing your body, soothing the nervous system, and offering the equivalent of three hours of sleep for your body and brain.
