About This Workshop Mini-Retreat
Join your hosts Kerri Foisy, Tatiana Tremblay, and Lidia Mikhaylova for a unique mini-retreat designed to awaken your senses and bring you into the present moment.
Through guided experiences of touch, sound, sight, scent, and taste, we will explore how each sense opens new pathways to awareness, creativity, and inner balance.
This nurturing afternoon invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and celebrate the beauty of being fully present.
No prior experience is needed, simply arrive with openness and curiosity.

Kerri Foisy: Owner of Rooted Wellness Company, seasoned massage therapist and holistic wellness coach who blends therapeutic touch with integrative self-care.
Tatiana Tremblay: Sound bath practitioner and Reiki Master whose music-led sessions invite relaxation, harmony, and deep rest.
Lidia Mikhaylova: Boston-based abstract artist and art facilitator who has led more than 150 workshops, guiding participants of all ages in creativity, self-expression, and personal growth.
