About Rooted Flow Yoga
Held weekly on Tuesday evenings, Rooted Flow is a foundational yoga experience designed to align and balance mind, body, and soul.
You will move through a thoughtful sequence of poses that blend steady holds with fluid transitions to release blocked energy and build lasting strength. Mid-class, the room settles into an orchestrated, synchronized flow where breath and movement unite in a shared rhythm. The practice closes with restorative poses and an extended Savasana for deep relaxation and integration.
Expect to leave grounded, strong, and renewed with improved endurance, flexibility, mindfulness, and breath awareness. All levels are welcome. Optional essential oils and uplifting music complete the experience.
