About the Class
Feeling overwhelmed, tense, or like your mind won't shut off? This 60-minute guided session is designed to help your body and nervous system reset, without intense movement, complicated techniques, or any prior experience
You will be guided through gentle, accessible movement (chair or floor), simple breathwork to calm your system, and deep rest to help your body fully reset.
This is not a typical yoga class. There is no pressure to perform, just space to slow down and feel better. It is perfect for you if you feel stressed, anxious, or burned out; you have tried yoga or meditation and felt overwhelmed; or you simply want an hour to breathe and reset.
No prior experience needed, come as you are.
