Join us for this once-a-month, donation-based class designed to make yoga more accessible, welcoming, and supportive for the community.
This gentle flow class moves at a comfortable pace, connecting breath with simple, mindful movement. You’ll be guided through approachable stretches, grounding postures, gentle transitions, and a restful closing to help release tension, calm the mind, and reconnect with your body.
This class is beginner-friendly and open to all experience levels. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and enjoy a peaceful monthly practice in community.
