SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Level 2: Advanced Fundamentals on the Table deepens your Thai Yoga practice with refined mechanics, therapeutic sequencing, and clinical applications.

Drawing from the Southern Method, you will expand your table-based skills while honoring Thai lineage and integrating modern anatomy, Ayurveda, and mindful energy work.

This first weekend focuses on foundations for the Level 2 curriculum and sets the pace for the full six-day training.

What to Expect

Weekend One focus: Level 2 foundations, body mechanics, sequence architecture, and pacing. Throughout the training class series, you can expect to learn:

  • Six 60-minute SomaVeda® Thai Yoga sequences across supine, side-lying, prone, and seated positions

  • More than 150 therapeutic Asanas with indications and contraindications

  • The SomaVeda® Therapeutic 7-Day Protocol framework

  • Thai roots with Puja, affirmations, and mantras woven into practice

  • Western anatomy integrated with Ayurvedic concepts such as Ten Sen, Chakras, and Doshas

  • Optional Bio-Tapping (EFT) and emotional release techniques with clear consent

  • Instructor coaching, supervised partner practice, and clear take-home protocols

  • Hands-on partner practice each day

Supplies: Please bring a massage table if you have one, fitted sheet, face cradle cover, and a light blanket. Limited loaner tables may be available by request.

Lunch is the student’s responsibility but light snacks and drinks will be provided.

Driven by a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone, Elizabeth combines over a decade of experience in teaching, gymnastics coaching, and yoga instruction.

With a commitment to holistic wellness, Elizabeth has grown Bodhi Sanctuary in Lowell, MA. She is trained extensively in SomaVeda® Thai Yoga and brings a compassionate, personalized approach to help clients achieve better health and well-being.
