About This Massage Training Course

Learn the fundamentals of SomaVeda® Thai Yoga adapted specifically for the massage table. Over one weekend, you will practice assisted stretching, rhythmic compressions, and joint mobilizations with safe body mechanics and clear protocols designed for clinical use on a table.

The curriculum follows SomaVeda® methodology and mirrors their Level One fundamentals content while focusing on table applications that awards 18 CE hours for massage therapists.

What to Expect

  • Three sessions:

    • Fri Oct 3, 5:00–8:00 pm

    • Sat Oct 4, 9:00 am–5:00 pm

    • Sun Oct 5, 9:00 am–5:00 pm

  • Small cohort for plenty of practice and feedback (max 10)

  • Table-based Thai Yoga sequences, compressions, assisted stretches, mobilizations

  • Safety, body mechanics, contraindications, and client communication

  • Hands-on partner practice each day

  • Supplies: Please bring a massage table if you have one, fitted sheet, face cradle cover, and a light blanket. Limited loaner tables may be available by request

  • Lunch is the student’s responsibility but light snacks and drinks will be provided.

Driven by a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone, Elizabeth combines over a decade of experience in teaching, gymnastics coaching, and yoga instruction.

With a commitment to holistic wellness, Elizabeth has grown Bodhi Sanctuary in Westford, MA. She is trained extensively in SomaVeda® Thai Yoga and brings a compassionate, personalized approach to help clients achieve better health and well-being.
