About the Workshop
Join Melanie and Tatiana for a deeply nourishing 90-minute Yin Yoga and Sound Healing journey in honor of the Autumn Equinox, a sacred pause between light and dark, movement and stillness.
This class is designed to support your natural rhythm of letting go and turning inward. Through long-held Yin postures, we’ll target the lung and large Intestine meridians, helping to release tension from the chest, shoulders, and upper back. These are the energetic pathways of grief, clarity, and acceptance.
To deepen the experience, the class will be accompanied by live sound healing using crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments, infusing each posture with vibration, calm, and connection.
