About This Thai Yoga Massage Workshop

Bring a partner and join us for an energizing and connection-deepening Thai Yoga Massage experience at Rooted Wellness Company in Dracut, MA.

This 90-minute workshop is all about giving and receiving an ancient healing practice from Thailand that helps you feel more open, connected, and at ease in your body.

You will learn how to use your hands, feet, and even your whole body to support one another through simple Thai Yoga techniques. Some call it “lazy man’s yoga”; we call it an unforgettable way to connect.

What we will explore

  • Relaxing rocking and rhythmic movement

  • Gentle compression and acupressure points

  • Assisted stretching to release tension and loosen tight muscles

  • Simple partner-friendly techniques you can take home and continue to share

Driven by a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone, Elizabeth combines over a decade of experience in teaching, gymnastics coaching, and yoga instruction.

With a commitment to holistic wellness, Elizabeth has grown Bodhi Sanctuary in Westford, MA. She is trained extensively in SomaVeda® Thai Yoga and brings a compassionate, personalized approach to help clients achieve better health and well-being.
