Join our Tuesday evening group yoga class at Rooted Wellness Company in Dracut, MA, for a gentle, grounding yoga class designed to help you unwind and reset at the end of the day.
Over 60 minutes, you will move through a soft, accessible flow that links breath with simple poses to release tension without strain. The pace stays slow and supportive, then gradually eases into restorative postures supported by props so your body can fully relax.
You will leave feeling calm, centered, and renewed. All levels are welcome.

Meet Your Instructor:
Ritzy is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a foundation in Hatha and Vinyasa, and a deep love for teaching Restorative yoga. Her classes are gentle, grounding, and designed to meet students exactly where they are—because she believes yoga is for everyone.
She’s also a certified Holy Fire Reiki practitioner, passionately weaving energetic healing into her offerings to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and soulful connection.
