Ritzy Mullen, 200 hour certified yoga teacher and Holy Fire Reiki practitioner at Rooted Wellness Company in Dracut, Massachusetts.

Ritzy is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a foundation in Hatha and Vinyasa, and a deep love for teaching Restorative yoga. Her classes are gentle, grounding, and designed to meet students exactly where they are — because she believes yoga is for everyone.

She's also a certified Holy Fire Reiki practitioner, passionately weaving energetic healing into her offerings to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and soulful connection.

As a firefighter's wife and stay-at-home mom to one incredible little girl, Ritzy brings compassion, creativity, and sanctuary into every class. Her love for Disney magic and Halloween whimsy often inspires themed experiences that blend breath, movement, and storytelling.

Above all, she teaches from a place of authenticity — creating inclusive spaces where students feel safe to rest, explore, and be their true selves.
